How do I return an order?
euroLens.co.uk prides itself on its customer service. If you have any problems with your order within 30 days, then all of your unopened packages can be returned for a full refund.*
TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
- FIRST - Obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by contacting our Customer Service Department via phone or email.

- SECOND - Fill out a return form and mail both form and products back to the address below.

* - Notes:
- No custom orders (including Made to Order lenses) can be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once the order has been received by our system.
- euroLens.co.uk does not accept responsability for products that are lost or damaged during shipment.
- euroLens.co.uk can only accept products that are still sealed and unopened for return
- Returns can take up to six weeks to process
- A small processing fee is applicable for all returns
- Charges for Shipping and Handlingwill not be refunded
