How can I cancel my order?
Mistakes are made, and euroLens.co.uk understands that. If after you have placed your order with our company you discover a problem or a mistake (with the order or any part of it) you may cancel your order at any point prior to it being shipped.*
Canceling an order is easy.
You will need to contact our Customer Service Department via phone or email. Once you have done that one of our Customer Service Representatives will help you make all the changes that you need. The only caveat to this process is that once your order has been shipped we are not longer to cancel the order. Though you will still be able to follow our Return procedures.
* NOTE...The only exception to our Cancellation policy are Custom and Made to Order contact lenses. These lenses are clearly marked on all of our product pages, and they can not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed.
